When can loved one’s talk to a counselor?
The PRC Clinical Model is based on Group Therapy and is intensive. We understand that family members want to know about their loved one’s progress. However, excessive calling takes away from time that could be spent with the client. We request that each client designate a ‘point person’ to communicate with us. The point person may call and ask for the Family Resource Coordinator, who will return your call in a timely fashion. Due to our demanding treatment schedule, these call backs must be limited to 5 minutes.
