OUR PROGRAM

We are privately owned and have been treating drug and alcohol addiction since 2000. Our staff of professionals includes Addiction Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Board Certified Addictionologist, Art Therapists, Medical Assistants, RN, and Clinical Program Assistants. Phoenix Recovery Center is licensed by The State of Maryland.

What Can You Expect

At intake you will undergo a brief assessment, history and physical, then assigned the appropriate detox protocol. Treatment will include group counseling sessions, educational lectures, and relapse prevention.

We also offer other therapeutic approaches which include accu-detox, EMDR, art therapy, Wii therapy, experiential groups, yoga and meditation, walking groups, gender groups, aromatherapy, and a Family Education Program.

Your main focus will be on early recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Group counseling is the primary treatment method used. This will allow you to learn from others who are going through similar circumstances and gain support while listening and sharing. Individual sessions will be provided when appropriate. Near the end of your treatment, you will receive an individualized Continuing Care Plan specific to your needs. You will be treated with dignity and respect and your personal rights and anonymity will be protected.

Affordability

Phoenix Recovery Center is committed to keeping the cost of treatment affordable without compromising quality. Many Insurance plans may cover a part or all of the cost of treatment. Self pay options are also available. Our professional staff will assist you with Insurance questions or any other financial arrangements. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Accomodations

We offer a unique feature of a supervised living environment during non treatment hours. This includes a semi-private bedroom with bath, complete dining facilities, a comfortable community room and separate male and female laundry rooms. You will receive three freshly prepared and nutritionally balanced meals per day. You will be safe and secure with around the clock Clinical Program Assistant coverage.
