OUR PROGRAM

Adult males and females referred to Phoenix Recovery Center for substance abuse and chemical dependency treatment can expect a supervised detoxification and stabilization at time of intake. Group counseling is the primary therapeutic tool at Phoenix Recover Center.  Treatment includes group counseling, educational lectures, relapse prevention work, introduction to and participation in 12-step Fellowships, relaxation training, family wellness education, and continuing care planning. Complementary services such as acupuncture and EMDR are available.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a client of Phoenix Recovery Center, you will be treated with dignity and respect. Your personal rights and anonymity will be protected. Our clinical team facilitates group discussion and individual sessions, as appropriate, in an environment offering support and understanding. Ours is a rigorous program with the primary focus on the early recovery needs of our clients. Loved one's needs are addressed through our Family Wellness component. We ask that loved ones designate one person to communicate with us thus allowing for consistent and efficient communication. Near the end of the client's stay at Phoenix Recovery Center a continuing care plan is developed with the client that, if followed, will set a course for the next step to a new life of freedom.

Phoenix Recovery Center offers a program of total abstinence from addictive mood altering substances. Our belief is that chemical dependency is a treatable disease and can be arrested through a multidisciplinary approach using the talents of several treatment modalities.

Phoenix Recovery Center offers a unique feature of a supervised living environment during non-treatment hours. This living environment includes: client residence, dining and community area as well as laundry facilities. You will enjoy three and freshly prepared and nutritionally balanced meals per day with the opportunity to socialize in a Total Recovery Environment.
